By visiting this site or making a purchase you agree that you have read and agree to be bound by and a party to the terms and conditions of this agreement to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you have no right to use the website or services (including any content). This site is not intended for use of children under the age of 18, children under the age of 18 should visit this site or make purchases from this site only under adult supervision.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions or making a purchase.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, texture and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, colors may be different in “real life”.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 should not use this site or purchase anything from this site without the permission and supervision of a responsible adult.
All payment transactions are carried out on a secure server. Payment terms vary depending on the piece of art you are purchasing. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. The shop is divided into three main categories that will be used to distinguish the payment terms below:
Orders that are ready to go will be dispatched the day after payment has been processed.
For personalized artwork Shannen Mythen Art will notify the customer once this piece has been complete and is ready to ship. The process of creating a personalized piece will commence once payment has been received. Once payment has processed a member of our team will reach out to the customer to clarify and discuss the personalized aspects of the artwork. Once this is finalized the piece will be created. The customer will be notified once the piece is ready to ship, allow 4-5 days for the completion of each personalized piece.
Commissioned pieces of art are more complex than the two mentioned above. Commissions require a lot more communication and back and forth between artist and customer. Once we are contacted about a commission we will reach out to the customer to find out what exactly they would like. The artist will then draw up a draft for the customer. The customer has the opportunity at this point to change any details or add anything extra. Once the customer is happy with the draft and finalizes their commission they will be asked to make their payment. When this payment has processed the commission will begin. Please allow 5-7 days per commission for completion. Once the commissioned piece is completed the customer will be notifies and the artwork will be shipped.
Delivery is on the terms set out in our Shipping page and is incorporated in these terms. Customers will be notified once item is shipped.

The media and its contents used on this site are intended solely for the personal use of Services and may only be used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All materials displayed (including, but not limited to icons, text, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations), are . If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example a customer review) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, plans, or other materials you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any customer reviews, ideas or comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
Images of customer purchases are used on this site and on other social media platforms to grow the Shannen Mythen Art portfolio. Images of each piece of art will be used on this site and all other social media platforms unless the customer has asked for their piece if art not to be shared to the public. Customers that do not wish to have their artwork displayed must notify Shannen Mythen Art via shannenmythenart@gmail.com in order for us not to publish their artwork. Customers must make Shannen Mythen Art aware of this before they receive their artwork buy mail.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a notice on the Website, or by sending you a notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
