Shipping Methods & Rates

All items are shipped from our location in San Diego, CA. Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note the estimated shipping times are based off of a Mon-Fri business week.

USPS is our primary shipper but we may use alternate ground shipping methods if applicable. Shipping within the US has an estimated shipping time of 2-8 business days after item has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

After payment is approved and the item is shipped, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to monitor your order until it arrives at your door.

We process orders 7 days a week, please keep in mind that customized artwork and commissions will take longer to complete than ‘ready to ship’ pieces. Please contact us at: for further information.

Orders Outside of the US

Our products can be shipped worldwide. For postage enquiries outside of the US please email us your address and desired products and we will get you a custom quote ASAP. For deliveries outside of the US  there may be customs charges which we are not liable for. Usually products shipped via USPS do not incur customs charges. As our items ship from California, delivery can take 7 business days or longer for international shipping, shipping times are currently longer due to the current climate.

Shipping and processing charges for all items delivered in the US and abroad are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, and other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times for all our pieces, but please note that these times are estimates only.

Please note that electrical products and bulbs sold through are designed for use on the North American 110-volt system only. Items with cords and plugs use Type A or Type B North American plugs.


We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur. If you receive a damaged item we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. We will ask you to return your damaged item and we will replace it ASAP. No changes can be made to your order at this stage. Please contact us at: for further information.

About our Packaging

At Littol Creations we do everything we can to ship your order in the most environmentally responsible way possible while ensuring your items arrive safely. Your package may contain some combination of the following; recycled cardboard boxes, recycled styrofoam, recycled bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, tissue paper and satin ribbon.

Here at Littol Creations we are continuosly developing our packaging systems and materials as our shop grows. We aim to find a solution that is environmentally friendly and keeps your art work as safe as possible as it arrives to its new home. Our packaging is a working progress!
