Deposit

I will then draw up a contract for you to review and take a deposit payment. This deposit secures your commission booking and covers all design fees. Deposit fees fluctuate per project but are generally 20% of the overall cost.

Design

Now we are ready to design your artwork. After our discussions I will have enough information to create a proposal with 2-3 design options for you. We will use these designs as a starting point that we can go back and forth on until you are 100% happy with the design and mock up.

Creation

When we have decided on the design, layout, size and material for your canvas I will begin to paint your piece. I can send you progress pictures or you can leave the finished piece to be a surprise. When the final piece is complete I can invoice you the remaining payment and arrange delivery.
