Booking a Live Painting:


Email us at or use the contact form below to start the process. Share your event details, theme, vision and location. Include photos and a proposed budget if you feel that will be of help. We can then arrange a call or site visit to discuss further details.


I will then draw up a contract for you to review and take a deposit payment. This deposit secures your event dates and covers all design and mock up fees. Deposit fees fluctuate per project but are generally 10-20% of the overall cost.


Now we are ready to plan your event. After our discussions I will have enough information to create a proposal with 2-3 design options for you. We will use these designs as a starting point that we can go back and forth on until you are 100% happy with the design to be painted at the event. We will also discuss the layout of your venue and what set up will work best.


Set up times will be decided in advance to work best for your location and allow me enough time to have the set up looking perfect. The painting process will be carried out in a professional manner, allowing time to interact and chat with all your guests that always have so many comments and questions for me. I pride myself on working in an organized fashion which creates a smooth process for clients from start to finish and ensures my space will always be as clean as possible. After the event you can pay the remaining balance.
